RAISING UP ELDERS OVER CITIES AND NATIONS

♦ELDERS are "MINISTER LEADERS" Set Up By Apostolic Mandate to Set in Order What is Lacking Over Cities and Nations and Serve as a Bridge Between the City and the Church.

         -GOD Wants our Cities and Nations Transformed and Well Developed So We Can Live a Peaceable Prosperous Life where the Knowledge of His Love as Demonstrated through JESUS CHRIST,Be made Known to All Men.

I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
[2] For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
[3] For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
[4] Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
[5] For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

     -GOD desires that we Change our World through Raising up Elders or Minister LEADERS who will take Charge and Control over Cities and Nations on His Behalf and make known His Saving Grace and Health to All.

[2] That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations.

        -Apostle Paul on Planning to Leave Crete after His Missionary Outreach to the City,deemed it important to Set up things to Work Well for the People by Ordaining ELDER TITUS Over the Land, who will Also Ordain other Elders in other Cities.

For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting, and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed thee:

        -The Strategy of Apostle Paul was that through Appointing the Elders  over the Land,the Entire Villages,Cities,Towns and States would be Immensely impacted and Transformed for Good through the Preaching of "GOOD NEWS OF THE GRACE OF CHRIST"

      ⚫Only the POWER OF THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST Can Transform a Land and the People irrespective of how Corrupt and Retrogressive they may Be as the Case was in Crete.

One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies.

       -Despite the Fact that the Cretans were known as Evil Beasts,Liars,
Gluttonous and Lazy people,Apostle Paul was Still Convinced of the Positive Influence that will Come upon them through the Spiritual Leadership of these Elders.

     -History has it that to Call Someone a CRETAN is to Deride that person and Consider them as Invaluable and Unlikeable.So nobody was Excited to be Connected with them.
     -However,in the Plan and Strategy of God,He Always Loves to Position His Anointed Called Ones in Dark and Abandoned Neighborhoods Where there are Unjust things Happening that Require Urgent Need of Repair and Fixing.

[11]By the blessing of the influence of the upright and God's favor [because of them] the city is exalted, but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.

       -God is Very Confident in what He has Wrought in Us by His Anointing and Blessing upon our Lives that is Capable of Bringing Transformation in Every Turbulent Difficult Places and Situations of Life.

Confidence in an unfaithful man in time of trouble is like a broken tooth, and a foot out of joint.

         -Apostle Paul left Titus in a City were the culture was quite unfriendly and the People uncultured, to change things and bring in the Kingdom Influence to rule Over their Lives.
          -He instructed Titus to appoint Spiritual leaders or Elders in every city,and not in every church.To Apostle Paul,it was more Strategic to Raise up and Set up Elders Over the Cities First before Planting Churches in the Same Land.

         -PAUL'S STRATEGY was to send a leader into each city,anticipating they would assume an authority over that city,then thereafter create a church and transform the place.Acts13:3-12
         -According to Paul, these Elders must Love God's Word and must Command Respect and be Perceived as Men of Good Reputation, Character and Integrity among the People of the City.

If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly.
[7] For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre;
[8] But a lover of hospitality, a lover of good men, sober, just, holy, temperate;
[9] Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.

       -The Above Scriptures Reveals to Us the Necessary Qualities and Criteria Required for Ordaining Elders Over Cities.

              ⚫Paul knew that Churches are planted in cities by leaders who have been imparted by the Apostolic Grace and Giftings,who have a Reputation to Protect.

By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:
[11] For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established;

       -Just Like Titus had the Trust,the Ordination and the Command to Set things in Order in Every Cities,we are Still Mandated to Follow the Same Strategy,and nothing Can Hinder the Expansion and Growth of the Church in this Endtimes.

12 You'll use the old rubble of past lives to build anew,
rebuild the foundations from out of your past.
You'll be known as those who can fix anything,
restore old ruins, rebuild and renovate,
make the community livable again.

        -By the Grace of God's Election,Elders are Raised up to Rebuild and Renovate the Foundations from out of the Past,and Restore Old Ruin Cities, Communities and Nations.

For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

        -As We Celebrate the Coming of CHRIST,the ANOINTED ONE AND HIS ANOINTING, Let's Be Reminded We have the Same MIND OF CHRIST and His ANOINTING IN US to Truly Fix Anything and Solve the Tremendous Problems Facing the Communities,the Cities and the Nations of the World.

       -You Do Have the Same ANOINTING upon JESUS that Enabled Him to Do the Supernatural right now in you,and All you have to Start Doing is to Always put it to USE and Turn your World right Side Up.
