OVERCOMING THE SPIRIT OF MAMMOM

♦The spirit of MAMMOM is the root Cause and influence of All Acts of Evil and Destruction in the lives of Men.
      -IT is the Spirit of Satan Himself that Craves for the Worship of Men and Influences Men to Love Money more than their Creator.

                   ♥1 Timothy 6:10 KJV
For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

       -Money itself is not Evil,but through  the Spirit of Mammom,satan can Use Money to get you to Worship Him and yield to His Destructive Sorrowful Influence.

♦Everything about  the Spirit of Mammom is to Deceive you into thinking that Money Can Solve All your Problems of Life,so you will have to do anything Possible to get it and keep it,so you won't End up feeling Desperate and Helpless in Life.

            "THIS IS THE GREATEST DECEPTION OR DECEITFULNESS OF THE SPIRIT OF MAMMOM"

      -If you find yourself Trusting and Depending on Money to meet your Needs,Solve your Problems,and give you Peace and Security in Life,be rest Assured you are Under the Influence of the Spirit of Mammom which Results in a Wrong Relationship with Money and Wrong Usage of Money.

      -The Spirit of Mammom will Deceive you into feeling Secured and Safe with Money as your Source and Ultimate Solution to all the Issues of Life.

      -MONEY in a Way Does Answer to All things when you bring it Under the Influence of the Spirit of God and you Use it as He Instructs you for the Good of Kingdom Advancement and Welfare of your fellow Human Being.

A feast is made for laughter, and wine maketh merry: but money answereth all things .

     -The Good you Do with Money will Cause the Grace of God to Abound towards you to Answer to All your Needs and Solve your Problems, much more your Money can ever be able to Solve.

Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give ; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. [8] And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things , may abound to every good work:

     -It is Actually the "GRACE OF GOD" that is Able to make Possible in your life what Money is Incapable of Ever Doing.

    -I Believe the Love of Giving Money for Good Cause Can Actually Connect you with the Grace that uproots All the Evil works of the devil.

♦You See,what you Do with Money is a Reflection of Who and What you are Trusting in.
      -When you trust in GOD'S GRACE,the Spirit of Mammom will not be able to Influence you Negatively to Stop you from Giving.

         *"When you Give trusting in God,His Grace will Abound in your life to Do things no amount of money can Do for you."

♦SATAN WAS ABLE TO CAUSE JUDAS TO BETRAY JESUS WHEN THE SPIRIT OF MAMMOM ENTERED HIM AS REVEALED IN THIS SCRIPTURE

Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.
[4] And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray him unto them.
[5] And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money.

      -The Love of Money and a Wrong Relationship with it,is the root of all evil.
      -When Money makes you do things and take Actions you will not Naturally take,you are at that moment under the Influence of the Spirit of Mammom.

      -YOU are Actually in Servitude and under the Mastery of whatever is  Influencing you at any Moment in Time in your Life.

No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

       -The Question to Sincerely Answer today is "What are you Trusting and Holding unto,God or Mammon?

    -JESUS Revealed to Us that MONEY is the Least thing on this Earth When Compared to the RICHES OF HIS GRACE which is the TRUE RICHES you Should put your Trust and Confidence in.

He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.
[11] If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches ?

       -Interestingly,your faithfulness in Using the Least or Money for Good Works as Inspired By the Spirit of God is what Opens you up to Greater Responsibilities and to the True RICHES of God which is Eternal and Enduring.

Receive my instruction, and not silver; and knowledge rather than choice gold.
[11] For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it.
[17] I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.
[18] Riches and honour are with me; yea , durable riches and righteousness.
[19] My fruit is better than gold, yea, than fine gold; and my revenue than choice silver.

       -When you trust God as your Heavenly Father,he will take care of you and you will have Access to more stuff to Serve His Good purposes.

       -God wants you to depend and trust on Him as your All Sufficient Father and provider of all Good things.

    -When you Put God First in your Life,you will be Safe in Having Money and Handling lots of Money and Material things for Good Works.
     -Your Safe in financial Prosperity when your trust is on God as your Rapidly Increasing Money Supplier.Gen.15:1

The horse is prepared against the day of battle: but safety is of the Lord .

♦Abraham,our Father of Faith, Demonstrated total trust and Confidence in God as HIS EL-SHADDAI and ALL-SUFFICIENT GOD and ENRICHER.
      -He said no Earthly king will take the Credit of making Him Rich except the KING OF KINGS.

    *Prospering outside the Influence of God makes you vulnerable to the antics of the devil and his evil works.

    -The Influence of the Spirit of Mammom over money Results in destructive habits and Harmful consequences that Results from making wrong and costly Decisions in Life.

For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.

   -The Financial World System is Under the Influence of the Spirit of Mammom that Results in the Downturns and the Upturns in the Economies of the Nations.

For I was envious at the foolish, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
[17] Until I went into the sanctuary of God; then understood I their end.
[18] Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou castedst them down into destruction.

      *Prospering Outside the Influence of God Ultimately leads to a Slippery Destructive End and Outcome.You can Prosper Rightly and also be Faithful in putting your Prosperity for the Good Cause and Benefit of Humanity.

Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.

      -God is pleased and Derives great Delight, Satisfaction and Enjoyment in your Prosperity as you faithfully Commit to the Good Cause that Benefits Humanity and His Kingdom.

♦JESUS CHRIST CAME TO DELIVER US FROM THE DESTRUCTION OF SIN, SICKNESS,POVERTY AND THE INFLUENCE OF THE SPIRIT OF MAMMOM.

For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.  

 ♦The devil on the  other hand is pretty Good at Causing Destruction in the Lives of the people who are under His Oppressive Destructive Influence.

[15] The rich man's wealth is his strong city: the destruction of the poor is their poverty.

       -if you have lots of Money and you are still under the Influence of the Spirit of Mammom,you are poor and Wretched in the Sight of God.

Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

♦YOUR OVERCOMING THIS SPIRIT OF MAMMOM STARTS WITH GETTING YOUR HEART CONNECTED WITH JESUS AND YOUR MOUTH AND LIPS SPEAKING THE RIGHT WORDS OF GOD.

He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life: but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.

       -GOD'S WORD IS THE WORD OF LIFE AND PROSPERITY.Once you can get your heart and lips right,you will be far from the Destructive Influence of the Spirit of Mammom.

For their heart studieth destruction, and their lips talk of mischief.
       
      -The Lips of the poor is the root and source of their Poverty and Penury.

                           ♥Prov.14.23Kjv"In all labour there is profit: but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury."

♦SECONDLY,IMBIBE THE SPIRIT OF STEWARDSHIP AND UNDERSTAND THAT ALL YOU HAVE WAS GIVEN UNTO YOU.

                    ♥1 Corinthians 4:7 KJV
For who maketh thee to differ from another ? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it , why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it ?

♦ THIRDLY,BRING EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU UNDER THE RIGHT INFLUENCE OF THE SPIRIT OF GOD.

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
[14] He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
[15] All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

    -Can you Begin to Imagine the Heavenly and Earthly Resources you can Access as you Maintain an Enriching fellowship with the HOLY SPIRIT.

♦LETS CONCLUDE BY LOOKING AT  TWO CASES IN THE BIBLE

      1.THE ONE THAT OVERCAME THE SPIRIT OF MAMMOM

             *The Case of the Widow who gave of all her Living for the Advancement of Kingdom Agenda,is a very Good Example of Someone who Decided to Bring the little She Had under the Influence of God.

                         ♥Luke 21:1-4 KJV
And he looked up, and saw the rich men casting their gifts into the treasury.
[2] And he saw also a certain poor widow casting in thither two mites.
[3] And he said, Of a truth I say unto you, that this poor widow hath cast in more than they all:
[4] For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of God: but she of her penury hath cast in all the living that she had.

           -I have no doubt She was Delivered from the Destructive Influence of Penury and Poverty from this Singular Act of  Giving with a Heart of Love and Trust in Her Creator.

     2.THE ONE THAT DID NOT OVERCOME THE SPIRIT OF MAMMOM

            *The Scriptures also Reveals to Us in the Parable of JESUS,the Tragic Case of a Certain Rich Man who adamantly held on to his Material and Financial Resources and was not Rich towards the Things of God.

                              ♥Luke 12:15-16,20-21 KJV
And he said unto them, Take heed , and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.
[16] And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully:
[20] But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?
[21] So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.

     -This Man with All He Had,did not factor God in His Life,and His Prosperity ended up destroying him because he was under the influence of the Spirit of Mammom.

     -It is your Decision to make on what Influences your Life and Earthly Resources and to What purpose and Agenda you Support and Give towards.

     -Money and Material Things reflect the Character and Nature of the Person Who Has them.

    -What you do with Money and Material things is what makes the Difference in your life and what Determines if you are Honoring or Dishonoring your Creator.

                    ♥Proverbs 3:9-10 KJV
Honour the Lord with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:
[10] So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.

     -You Can Overcome the Destructive Influence of the Spirit of Mammom by yielding your Life and All you Have under the Control and Influence of the Spirit of God,so He Can Empower you to Create and Experience the Wealth and Prosperity that Comes from our Heavenly Father.

But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.

           -HEAVENLY FATHER,I Come to you today with total trust and Dependence on you as my EL-SHADDAI and SOURCE of All Good Things in this Life.

          -Thank you Father for your Covenant of Wealth that is Operating in my Life,and I trust in your Love to take Good Care of me from Today Henceforth in JESUS NAME.Amen.
